We spent our last session drawing using 2Paint. I gave instructions which were followed in order to produce a reindeer!

For those who opted out of this, they made a festive animation using Learnpads and Lego.

Film Making Afternoon

We had a fun afternoon. We split into 3 teams with roles including:
Cameraman
Interviewer
Interviewee
Director

We learnt about different shots including ’established’, ‘head’ and ‘mid’ and put our skills to the test during the performance and filming!

The children started this weeks session by watching an Amazing Domino setup whilst they ate their lunch:

We then looked at some iPad apps and how they could be used in class. 

We talked about taking photos and the safety implications of this: taking appropriate images, tracking images, deleting images and seeking permission before taking images of others.
